Terms of Service

Last updated: 15 June 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of goffer (the "service"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the service you confirm that you can form a binding contract and that you accept these terms and our Privacy Policy. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised terms.

2. The service

goffer provides tools to practice and prepare for technical interviews. We may add, change, or remove features at any time, and we may suspend or discontinue the service in whole or in part without liability to you.

3. Your account

You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. You must be at least 13 years old to use the service.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service: no unlawful, infringing, or harmful activity; no attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, scrape, or gain unauthorized access; and no use that violates the rights of others. We may suspend accounts that breach these rules.

5. Intellectual property

The service, including its software, content, and branding, is owned by us or our licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting it you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, and process that content solely to operate and improve the service. You are responsible for the content you provide and confirm you have the rights to share it.

7. Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or if we reasonably believe it is necessary to protect the service or other users. On termination, the rights granted to you under these terms cease.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms as the service evolves. When we make material changes we will update the "last updated" date and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. It is your responsibility to review the terms periodically.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the service operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.
